    So, I have been at “War” with Nick from CraftVinyl . com and wanted to share with you the email traffic between us. It started with me placing an order on Black Friday (November 25, 2016) and as of today I do not have my product and he will not refund my money.

    I placed a Black Friday order and have not received it as of today. While I understand that there were to be some delays, I am becoming concerned that you have my money and I have no product.
    I cannot find your “Black Friday Rules” on your website, but reading everything else you have posted there, I believe I should have already received my merchandise.
    Could you please check on the status of my order and let me know when I can expect to receive my vinyl?
    While I understand that you are very busy, I would like for you to understand that the ONLY reason I am doing business with you is your price. If not for that, I would never put up with your negative attitude or your lack of concern for customer service.

    How long am I suppose to wait and wonder? I am a small business owner and I understand the stress of the holidays but … come on!! We need some clue as to when we can expect the product. I don’t need my ass kissed I would just appreciate customer service and satisfaction. Do what you feel is the right thing!

    I have ZERO black friday orders under your info, I do however see that you TRIED to purchase from the siser easyweed sale that we have every weekend, (the sale that is for 10 sheets only)

    BUT

    I see where you attempted to purchase 60 sheets from that page in an attempt to manipulate my website even though it CLEARLY says DO NOT order more than 10 sheets at a time, we have been trying to refund you since the day after you made the payment , paypal is not allowing us to refund you, it says there is an issue with your credit card

    we are very busy, we dont send out refund checks very often, we will send the refund when we get time
    all this could have been avoided #1 if you had ordered like you were asked to do, and #2 fixed the issue with your credit card so we could have sent the refund as normal

    • Lori, thank you for your post. I have been torn whether or not I’d want to order from Nick at CraftVinyl. While he offers very competitive pricing, I was very put off by his demeanor on the site. Your story has made the decision for me! I’d rather spend the few extra bucks with a company that believes quality product AND customer service are equally important. Nick should have to refund your money PLUS interest, seeing how he’s had YOUR money for quite some time now!

      I’m sure you could probably find dozens of “Lori’s” that have fell victim to Nick’s shameful business practices. I would really reconsider tarnishing your name being associated with that guy.

        • Question about this Nick guy from craftvinyl, If he is not an authorized dealer or reseller, is all the vinyl that he claims is siser easyweed in fact not siser at all. I do quit a bit of work for my community with all the children sports teams and have bought some of my vinyl from him, and some from Expressions Vinyl (which is much smoother transactions) some of my garments have come back to me in which I have had to replace because the vinyl has peeled up after one washing. I follow all application requirements and do all my work with a heat press. How can someone that is claiming to make so much money off of all the crafters that are clueless to buying a product that is not in fact Siser easyweed get away with doing business the way he is by ripping so many people off. How can we stop him from selling his product as Siser Easyweed if it is not what he says it is. I would think your company should be able to take this guy to court and stop him from selling his vinyl under your companies name.

            I can’t confirm if he’s selling genuine Siser material. It’s possible that he’s buying from one of our distributors and re selling it. We can’t stop anyone from doing that.
